Everybody knows that the onus of the Lakers’ win was with LeBron James and Anthony Davis. But one should not forget that other teams too had their star duos; however, it were the Lakers who came out victorious. So somewhere down the line, the players like Kyle Kuzma, Dwight Howard, KCP, Alex Caruso, and others also deserved their due credit.
Kyle, specifically, remained one such player. He started just 9 games in the entire 2019-20 season, with none during the playoffs. As a result, his minutes played took a hit, and so did the overall average. This was enough for fans to disregard him.

A report suggested that the Lakers were keen on packaging Kyle to land Jrue Holiday in a deal with the New Orleans Pelicans. A source had added, “From what I understand, there was interest in Jrue Holiday on the Lakers’ side ahead of Dennis Schröder with a similar package, but with Kuzma in it as well.… So I know that, on some level, they’d be willing to move him. Like, if it was a significant upgrade.”
Jrue is a point guard and great ball-handler with some sharp defensive skills too. On the other hand, Kriss Kross has struggled with his efficiency ever since he was moved to the rotation. Having said that, everyone remembers Kyle’s clutch three-pointer from the seeding game that helped the Lakers defeat Nuggets. But for the fans who’ve forgotten, his Twitter account will work as a reminder.
