Cameron Brink’s Mother Brings Out ‘Blast from the Past’ to Celebrate Stephen Curry’s Special Day

The special bond that the Brink and the Curry families share is well-known in the basketball fraternity. A life-long friendship that began when Steph’s mother, Sonya, met Cameron’s mother, Michelle, at Virginia Tech University. Since then, hardly any opportunity has gone by when they don’t shower their love publicly. Michelle recently displayed another similar gesture towards 4x NBA champion Stephen Curry on his special day.
The iconic Golden State Warriors No.30 celebrated his birthday on March 14th. On turning 36, he received many warm wishes throughout the day. However, among the special ones was an Instagram story posted by his godmother Michelle Bain Brink. She shared a throwback photo of a young Stephen Curry with his nerdy glasses on while talking on the phone with somebody. In addition to this, there was also a caption that read, “Enjoy your special day.”
Earlier as well, both these families have been involved in exchanging some lovely messages with one another. Michelle congratulated Curry on his selection to the United States men’s basketball team a few years ago. Soon after, both the Curry brothers applauded Cameron Brink on winning the major Pac-12 honors.

Furthermore, the moment Brink decided to declare herself for the upcoming WNBA Draft, the Curry family flooded social media with commendatory expressions. Apart from Steph’s mom, Sonya, his sister, Sydel Curry-Lee, was also overjoyed by this massive announcement.

Meanwhile, this is not the only post that made headlines as Cameron had her own birthday wish for someone. Apparently, she became one of the many sports personalities to make the special day of a young tennis athlete more memorable.
Cameron Brink extends her wholehearted birthday gesture
Just a day before Curry’s special day, American tennis star Coco Gauff celebrated her 20th birthday. So, she shared a delightful post on her Instagram to celebrate it with her followers. Following this, several popular figures from the sporting world addressed the occasion by wishing her well. Amidst them was Stanford’s power forward, Cameron Brink. She wrote, “HBD QUEEEEEN.”

Nevertheless, the immense love that these two families have keeps getting stronger with each passing day.
