The 4x MVP added, “You’re not maybe having the jumps that I did early on where you’re out of a cast, and you’re out of the boot, and then you’re in a shoe.” The ideal goal of the player now is to start walking normally, and then eventually, he will have a bigger jump.

He also confessed that the days were really close for him to get on his shoes and make a jump. Despite recovering from the injury, Aaron has not disconnected himself from the field. He said that he invited QB Eli Manning to have a sightly practice on catches on Sunday.

Aaron Rodgers has played 18 NFL seasons and experienced several injuries over the years, including a bone fracture, an ACL tear, a broken collarbone, and many other knee injuries. But what makes this injury take a longer period for recovery than others for him?

The rehab for a torn Achilles is undoubtedly a difficult one, and it is because there is not just one but so many muscles to be worked together. Rodger said, “It’s not just the calf muscles and the tibia muscles and the foot muscles; it’s just everything I need to work as a unit.”

Unlike muscle tissue, tendons do not get a significant supply of blood. Blood delivers fluid and nutrients that are essential for healing. When less blood is delivered, the longer it takes for tissue to heal.
