Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, have been known for being cautious about what their kids eat. And there’s a good reason for it. Their daughter, Sterling, is allergic to peanuts, milk, and eggs, while their son, Bronze, has a severe nut allergy. So when Brittany recently shared a health-related decision for the family, fans weren’t surprised – it was about food again.

In her latest Instagram stories, Brittany revealed that the Mahomes family has switched to Butcher Box. It is a subscription service that delivers high-quality meat and fish straight to their doorstep. Standing in her kitchen, she told fans how impressed she was after trying the Butcher Box subscription.

“You know, in his household, we care a lot about what goes into our bodies, said Brittany. “And so this subscription has saved us, you know, that confusion and that, you know, the effort of trying to go out and find good quality fish… It is delivered right to your door, and you can just pop it in the freezer and then thaw it when you’re ready to cook.”

Brittany explained that the brand has simplified their meal prep and made it easier to find clean, trustworthy food. Sounds convenient, doesn’t it? Especially for the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback’s busy NFL family that’s constantly juggling games, travel, and young kids. As such, she also highlighted why the brand stood out to her.

“What I really love about Butcher Box is that in all their meats, there are no antibiotics and no added hormones,” Brittany said in her next Instagram story. “All of their beef is grass-fed and grass-finished. Their chicken is pasteurised, and the fish is all wild-caught.”

Brittany didn’t stop there. In another adorable Instagram story, she showed one of her kids helping her make meatballs with beef.

The video showed a small hand sprinkling seasoning into a bowl as Patrick Mahomes’ wife guided them.

“Had a little helper making our @butcher_box meatballs 🤣♥️,” she wrote in the caption. It’s moments like these that remind fans that behind the fame, the Mahomes are just another family trying to keep things healthy and fun at home. Brittany wrapped up her stories by sharing a discount code for her followers.

She ultimately wrote in the caption of her last story: “You can choose your own special offer in your first box OR get ground beef for life!” But while his wife has been focused on healthier eating for the family, Patrick Mahomes has been using his bye week to refocus on football.

Patrick Mahomes looks to reset with the Chiefs’ bye week

After a tough 28-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills, Patrick Mahomes and his team have a bye week to regroup before facing the Denver Broncos in Week 11. But head coach Andy Reid sounded confident about his team’s plans in the bye week

“I’ve got a good locker room,” Said Reid. “Rest up and we’ll come back strong.”

Patrick Mahomes also requested his teammates to use the break wisely.

“Just continue to push away and learn on this bye week and then come back and be ready to play our best football coming off of it,” he said. But will the rest help the Chiefs bounce back? The bye week has provided no relief for the Chiefs so far. Their two biggest AFC West division rivals just won their Week 10 games.

The Broncos won 10-7 against the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Los Angeles Chargers won 25-10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

As such, the pressure is mounting on Kansas City. Fans are eager to see Patrick Mahomes lead another run toward the playoffs. For now, though, it seems both Patrick and Brittany are making smart resets. He’s focused on improving the team’s performance, and she’s making sure their family stays healthy while he does it.
