Right after the game, an out-of-breath Taylor joined broadcaster Stacey Dales on the sidelines. Dales praised his “land of hat tricks” performance and noted Taylor’s desire to be remembered as “Mr Dependability.” Taylor humbly credited his success to the trust of his teammates and coaches.

“It means a lot that my teammates, my coaches, they trust me. But at the end of the day, it comes down to displaying that on the field every Sunday. And we did it all together today,” Jonathan said.

When asked how he feels about surpassing Edgerrin James, this is what Jonathan said.

“Not only Edgerrin, you think about the guys who we had in this organization beforehand and they’re legends, but the stories around the building are that they came into work every day, put their hard hat on.
