Recently, the reigning Super Bowl champion won many hearts with his humble nature at the 2024 Big Slick charity event, where he made a seven-figure donation for children in Kansas City with his Chiefs teammate and friend, Travis Kelce. Both Super Bowl-winning champions raised a substantial $250,000 for the Children’s Mercy Hospital through an exciting silent auction.

Amidst creating buzz among spectators for his philanthropy, another member of the Mahomes family drew attention for her altruistic actions: his mother, Randi Mahomes. Recently, she shared a post on her Instagram account that highlighted her inspiring yet humble act, originally posted by What Deb Likes. Randi, a matriarch of the Mahomes clan, captioned the post, “Awesomeness.”

In a recent video clip, Patrick Mahomes constant pillar of support, his mother Randi, appeared to inspire challenged kids by dancing to a motivational song titled “Spread a Little Happiness” from the album “Brimstone & Treacle,” sung by musician Sting.

Randi, a social media enthusiast with 182,000 followers on Instagram, often captivates fans with her engaging updates. She seemed to follow in her NFL son’s footsteps by spreading love to exceptional kids through her unique act, strategically showing her dance moves to this song and grabbing the attention of many.

This is not the first time Randi Mahomes has received praise for her philanthropic acts. Earlier, her charity work went viral on her birthday last year. Randi celebrated her birthday on January 18 by arranging fundraising events for children’s charities. Her donations were used to purchase musical instruments, adaptable bikes, and wheelchairs for children.

Randi Mahomes also disclosed how her charity work has greatly influenced her children’s lives. She shared her appreciation for her NFL son’s acknowledgment of her philanthropic work. “This is awesome; I share it with my daughter because I want her to have that giving heart. I know her brothers both have it. And Jackson, with him, he gets so excited for me. Patrick’s so focused, but he did mention it and he knows how much this charity means to me and his sister,” Randi remarked.

In February 2020, Randi Mahomes organized a Facebook birthday fundraiser to support Variety KC’s children, raising over $7,000. The collected amount was paid to purchase a wheelchair for an 11-year-old boy.

Even her son, Patrick Mahomes, and his wife Brittany, actively join her in projects for deprived children. The Mahomes power couple leads the charitable organization ’15 and the Mahomies,’ to improve children’s lives. Founded in 2019, it aims tirelessly to bring positive change through its initiatives focused on health, wellness, and communities that require resources. As per the reports, the foundation makes a $1.625 million contribution along with a multi-year commitment to actively supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
