The Titans are having a forgettable season. The team has lost five of their eight matches. Amid this, fans have raised doubts about the below-par performances of their veteran quarterback Ryan Tannehill. He had a dismal run for the Titans this year.

In his six outings on the gridiron, Tannehill has just managed to produce merely two touchdowns and was intercepted six times. His stats don’t add up and do justice to his name. In the last 10 years, Tannehill has recorded more than 20 TDs per season, but his recent performances have made the Titans look for other options, which they found in Will Levis.

Tannehill takes the setback with grace!

The young QB Will Levis replaced the veteran in the game against the Falcons. Levis grabbed the opportunity and put on a game-winning show by securing four touchdowns and finally defeating the Falcons 28-23. As for Tannehill, chances for a comeback are looking bleaker than ever. MLFFootball shared his heartfelt message on X.

The post said: “Veteran Titans QB Ryan Tannehill finds it difficult to be benched in favor of rookie Will Lewis but he wants to handle the situation with class so others can look up to him.” Tannehill remarks on the setback: “I want to handle the situation with class. It’s not a fun situation to be in, but I want to be a pro and handle it with class and still be a guy that people can look to.”

The veteran then stated, “It hits hard,” and added, “I’ve never been in this situation before, so it hits hard and it’s never a situation anyone wants to be in. But it’s the situation I’m in, so I’ve got to walk through it.” As Ryan Tannehill may get benched for the whole season, his replacement, Lewis, had an uphill battle to face!

Titans marching onward with Lewis!

Will Lewis is two games old in the NFL, but took it by storm in his debut performance against the Falcons. But he could not repeat the heroics last week against the Steelers despite his best efforts. The Titans were ahead in the game until the third quarter but eventually lost 20-16 because of the Steelers’ game-winning TD in the last five minutes.
