It was a simple post, but it carried so much warmth. The couple posted five pictures, clicked outside, in a field. They wore matching off-white knit outfits, making the moment feel soft and cozy. And their smiles radiated the joy of pregnancy.

“You’re so beautiful! I love you,” The QB left a comment on his wife’s post.
Shough has always made sure to tell the world of his deep love for his wife. The couple dated through most of college and tied the knot in April last year. When the couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary, Tyler made sure to drop a heartfelt post on Instagram.

“Happy 1 Year Anniversary to my wife!!,” he wrote in the caption, “This year has been nothing short of amazing and I can’t think of having anyone else by my side on this journey. Thank you for being you, for sacrificing everything, and pushing us towards greatness! Love you🤍”
With Fat Tuesday landing on February 17 next year, fans in New Orleans might’ve already joked about the possibility of a “King Cake baby” in the Shough family. This happy news comes at a significant time for the QB. He made headlines last month when the Saints named him their starter. And it was his wife again who was pushing him through the big moment.

Tyler Shough joined the Saints as a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. He became the franchise’s highest-drafted quarterback since Archie Manning in 1971. That alone is a lot to take in. So who did he tell first? His wife.
“It was my wife, for sure,” said Tyler Shough in a press conference last month. “She’s been such a huge role in this, and obviously, just up to this point from college, every journey, every step in the process, through the whole draft process. So, it was a good feeling.”
Jordan has been Tyler’s anchor. When the Saints benched Spencer Rattler after a 1-7 start, Tyler finally got his chance in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Rams. But Jordan wasn’t satisfied with just seeing him start.

“But she is also a competitor,” Tyler admitted. “She played soccer. She was like, ‘Good, go out there and win.’ She isn’t satisfied with anything, neither am I. There’s nothing to be excited about. We got to go out there and win.”
The rookie QB threw for 176 yards in his debut against the Rams. He followed that with 282 yards against the Panthers in Week 11. That performance helped the Saints secure their second win of the season.
While Tyler Shough grows into his new role on the field, he must prepare for an even bigger one at home.
