Kelce’s best friend Patrick Mahomes recently shed light on the tight end’s relationship timeline. Talking to an interview, the QB revealed how the dressing room got used to the singer’s presence on the team. He also shared his excitement, citing her friendship with his wife, Brittany Mahomes.

Talking to CBSSports’ Nate Burleson, the QB highlighted the early days of the celebrity pair’s romantic journey. He remembered how the dressing room was reluctant to mention it until Kelce himself did it. “At first I felt like everybody kinda stayed away… And then he started bringing Taylor around, and he would tell us how cool person she was, she is“, Mahomes recalled the TE himself broke the ice.

The QB also detailed that the team was used to the singer’s presence, and she had become part of them. “She’s kingdom now, she’s part of the team.” He also shared his happiness about Swift’s friendship with his wife, “It’s cool that she embraced Brittany and they built a friendship as well.”
