Since retiring from the NFL in 2021, Antonio Brown has remained in the picture mostly with his controversial digs at popular entities. After recently getting blocked by WNBA star Caitlin Clark for his inappropriate comments, it looks like the 35-year-old king of controversy is coming down with another big update. And he lets CTESPN break the news. 

Antonio Brown who was previously set to earn over $77 million through his NFL contracts has a big revelation to make. And it surely didn’t put him in a good light. Amidst the big reveal, internet users are ablaze with interest as they throw contrasting opinions on the news. 

The “most trusted source in all of sports,” CTESPN Network declared on X that “NFL legend Antonio Brown has filed for bankruptcy today.” The video added saw Brown running across the yard after the Office character from a shot of the series can be heard stating, “I declare Bankruptcy.” Hours after this was posted by the news page, Brown took to his personal X account to repost with the comment, “Ni**a of the century.” A person on X posted, “This ni**a announcing his own downfall…He the goat.”

Before getting carried away with the bankruptcy bit, we should also know that there are upcoming projects and events that Brown is moving towards. The post further reads, “He will be a first-ballot hall of famer in 2027. He will be releasing new music this summer. He is also the founder of the most trusted source in all of sports.” CTESPN Network is a sports organization he began in April 2024 that posts part unconventional digs and part reliable sports news, as its name suggests and fans can’t stop themselves from sharing their minds. 

X fans divided on Brown’s new update

After taking a jab at himself, X users hit the comments section to pose their divided views with one saying, “Flushed it down the toilet for what?” 

A fan, like most people, is a tad confused about Brown’s bankruptcy disclosure but preferred to remain silent amidst the scenes unfolding- “I’m confused but I’m not arguing, shout out to AB.”

Another user posted, “AB down bad” as the broke revelation seems to override his potential bright future.

But another fan isn’t worried about Brown’s current financial status as they trust his sleuthing abilities. They wrote, “Knowing AB, he’ll find a ridiculous(ly entertaining) way to sustain himself.”

We never know, he could! But as of now, all we can do is hope that Brown will squirm out of the uncomfortable place soon.
