“Everything Comes at a Cost”: Tom Brady Snaps Aaron Rodgers Back to Reality as Fight for “Balance” Against His Own Doctor Continues

Tom Brady seems to be bemused about Aaron Rodgers coming back on the field sooner than expected. Brady who himself had a long career that spanned over 23 seasons, faced injuries more often than anticipated. The NFL legend, knowing the condition of the severity of such injuries from experience, grabbed the opportunity to send words of caution to a fellow football icon.

Rushing with the rehab and moreover speeding the process of recovery can have fatal results on the body. Brady sounded concerned and alarmed when the hosts discussed the same on his podcast show Let’s Go! When the topic moved on to Aaron Rodgers and how he was involved in the practice, the 7X SB winner took no time to share his opinion on the same.

Tom Brady wants Rodgers to be cautious of his injury

Tom Brady was a former contemporary of Aaron Rodgers and has a good relationship with the current QB of the New York Jets. While Brady has been a highlight for his recent retirement, A-Rod grabbed the news as he suffered a season-ending injury in Week 1 of the NFL.

In a recent video, the fans loved the QB’s comeback, although on the sidelines, where he was seen throwing balls to his teammates. Tom Brady discussed the same in his latest podcast episode, throwing in words of caution for the star. He said “Everything comes at a cost. Every time you’re playing football, you can get hurt.”

The 15X Pro Bowler further went on to shed light on the severity of injuries and added, “Let’s say you come back from an ankle injury, you may or may not be 100%. Someone runs in on your feet and no you are out.” The former NFL QB sounded cautious and advised that Rodgers should give some more time for his injury to heal completely.

Aaron Rodgers is a steely character and loves being on the field. He wowed his fans by appearing on the field and helping his side with the catching practice. These are great signs for the NY Jets as the QB looks on course to recovery. Suffering an Achilles tear in Week 1 and then making an appearance without crutches in Week 6, shows how much hard work the veteran has put in his rehab.

As per the star QB’s doctor- “He’s moving almost three times as fast as traditional protocols, no boot, no crutches, minimal limp. It’s quite exponential. There is no precedent for this type of recovery following an Achilles tear. He is beating back Father Time.” Rodgers has shocked several players with his miraculous recovery and is looking fitter than ever!

Hopefully, A-Rod can recover fully and resume his duties as the side’s starting QB in the next season. The Jets would need a fully-fit Rodgers by their side if they want to win the SB title.
