Jim Harbaugh has entered the world of the NFL with a bang. One that echoed ‘multiple championships’ throughout the pro league. During his introductory speech, Jim Harbaugh made his vision for the Chargers clear, for which some ridiculed him and some applauded him. “Multiple Championships” has been his goal. Well, aspirations like these often find a way to reflect, something that happened with Harbaugh’s dream as well.
Being the head coach of the Chargers has not been too kind to Jim Harbaugh. The crisis of salary cap, changing the entire staff, and facing problems with the changes he reportedly wants to make in the roster. However, Harbaugh has also not been the one to back down so easily, especially when he came with the vision of holding the Lombardi trophy. Now that the Chargers roster is well settled with Harbaugh, they too, echo a similar opinion about Harbaugh: “He always wants to win.”

Chargers QB Justin Herbert, recently voiced his opinion on Harbaugh on the ‘Chasin’ It’ show. During the short time the two have been acquainted, Herbert has formed an impressive opinion about his head coach. “From the times that I have talked to him, he seems like a competitor. He just wants to win and that’s definitely a guy you want to play for,” Herbert said. To make the opinion even more substantial, Chargers veteran player Joey Bosa, too, holds an identical opinion of his head coach, even though his future at Chargers is under discussion.
Joey Bosa on Jim Harbaugh
Bosa, having played with the Chargers for more than eight years for the Chargers, was quick to pick up on the best of the quality of his coach. “I think all he wants to do is win,” Bosa said to the New York Post. “Great first impressions. … I have a lot of confidence in him and the staff that he’s bringing around him,” added he. Chargers are well over their $45 million salary cap. One of the main reasons for the franchise breaking the ceiling of their cap has been Joey Bosa’s due $25.36M salary. Along with him, other seasoned players like Keenan Allen, Khalil Mack, and Mike Williams are also due to similar hefty contracts. Hence, the salary cap restrictions leave Harbaugh with slim options. One widely rumored option is Harbaugh letting these veteran players go, per reports. Only Jim Harbaugh’s next move will decide the future of Bosa and others at the Chargers.
