Allen Robinson gets traded to the Los Angeles Rams

The former Chicago Bears WR was one of the most experienced and expensive players in the trade market. The Rams made a wiser decision by acquiring the star receiver to their side. Robinson was signed for a three-year, $46.5 million contract with the Rams, making the wide receiver room at the team even more crowded.

The contract ensures Robinson a $30.7 million fully guaranteed salary throughout his journey. A pretty lucrative deal for the player, considering a hard season he experienced last year.

Previously, Robinson was playing under the franchise tag for the Bears. He was signed for a three-year, $42 million deal with the team and made rewarding contributions to the side. He registered 1,100-plus yard campaigns and totaled 255 catches for 3,151 yards for the Chicago Bears. These figures justify why he got picked despite undergoing the worst season in the 2021 campaign.
