The Cowboys and Texans had an all-out fiesta at AT&T Stadium. The entire game had thrilling moments. Surprisingly, the Texans gave a tough fight and remained dominant over the Blue Star. There were moments when it looked like the visiting team had picked up a sweep over the home team and had a nail-biting finish. Even Jerry Jones thought Houston would sweep Dallas.

The Cowboys and Texans went all in and had crazy moments in almost every quarter. The Houston Texans had outplayed the Dallas Cowboys. But The Boys survived due to the visiting team’s inability to hold on in the waning moments of Sunday afternoon. But it was difficult, and Kingpin Jones was also nibbling his nails.

As per The Texans Wire, Jerry Jones mentioned, “I don’t want to spend too much time on that, but they were well schemed and we almost lost the game. To our team’s credit and Dak’s, that 98-yard drive had everything going for them to win that ball game and we won. I give Dak a lot of credit for that 98 yard drive, to be trite.”

The Cowboys owner also hailed their quarterback’s performance and deployment. The Texans were determined to stop the run and then force The Boys to make throws they might regret later.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Jones’ love for Houston stems from his football career at the University of Arkansas. He acknowledged how many good Houston players have starred for the Arkansas Razorbacks. Furthermore, he would prefer to see the Texans-Cowboys rivalry every year rather than every four years.
