He claimed that he only wore it in the show because his whole journey with the Chiefs started there. And the other time he wore the jersey was when he watched the Super Bowl.

Even though Mahomes was mocked for his F1 appearance, his Met Gala look was praised by the whole world. He and his wife, Brittany, looked absolutely fabulous at the Gala.
