Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, a household name for NFL fans, is already one of the established stars in the game. Much of the credit for his emergence as a major talent goes to his supportive mother, Randi Mahomes. The Super Bowl LIV champion has, time and again, recalled the role of his mother in raising and nurturing him, despite facing hardships. As a result, it came as welcome news when Randi Mahomes defeated cancer in 2021. 

Randi Mahomes, an active social media user, has established her presence on Twitter and Instagram. In 2021, she posted a collage of her picture with her son and broke the news that the fans were waiting for – “Cancer free!! God is so good!!!” This news came as a breath of fresh air for the Mahomes family.

Patrick’s mom also took to Instagram, where she expressed her warrior within. In an image shared by a user named Teresa Jane, the message in which read, “Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you. I almost died fighting for this life,” Randi Mahomes commented with solidarity, saying, “Me too.” She also went on to post that picture on her IG story.
