NFC South franchise, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, were the surprise package from the 2020 NFL season. They brought in some big names in the offseason in the form of Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski and even Leonard Fournette.
The Bruce Arians-coached franchise started the season with a dismal display against divisional rivals, New Orleans Saints. But they slowly gained momentum midway through the season as they qualified for the playoffs. The Bucs went on to defeat Washington Football Team, New Orleans and the Green Bay Packers en route to the Super Bowl LV finale.
As fate would have, Tom Brady led the Bucs to their second-ever Lombardi Trophy. The veteran quarterback connected with Gronkowski and Antonio Brown in front of home fans at the Raymond James Stadium in Florida to down Kansas City Chiefs by a comprehensive 9-31 scoreline.

“I’ve been here all offseason and now for camp, and I feel like I’m doing a lot better this year for sure. Conditioning wise, coming off a year and not playing, and then heading into a camp like this, it’s hard work. . . . It’s night and day from where I was last year in training camp to where I am now,” Gronkowski said via ProFootballTalk.
If rumours are to be believed, then it was 7-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady who convinced Gronk to come back and play in the NFL. On 45 receptions, Gronkowski had 623 receiving yards and 7 receiving TDs last season.
