PHOTOS: Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase’s Dads Win the Internet With Their Cigars After Their Sons’ AFC Championship Victory

In this NFL postseason, people have seen a number of thrilling games; the AFC Championship match-up was no exception. A nerve-wracking overtime battle ultimately led the Cincinnati Bengals to victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. The Joe Burrow-led squad knocked off the massive Chiefs team out of the Super Bowl run.

Social media was abuzz following the Bengals’ victory and congratulating their two young superstars, Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase. In parallel with Joe and Ja’Marr having a grand time, their fathers were also creating headlines.

A picture featuring Jimmy Burrow (Joe Burrow’s father) and Jimmy Chase (Ja’Marr Chase’s father) smoking cigars went viral all over the web. While the sunset, the two fathers smoked cigars in the parking lot of the stadium, celebrating their son’s triumph. LSU Football shared a post on Twitter with a hilarious caption: “Smoke em if you got em”.

Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase shared a similar celebration after winning the AFC Championship. In Ja’Marr Chase’s Instagram live, the duo was spotted smoking cigars inside the locker room.

Sports Business Reporter, Jake Marsh shared a post on Twitter with Ja’Marr and Joe smoking cigars on one side, and their father’s smoking cigars on the other side.

The Cincinnati Bengals added Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase in an attempt to replicate LSU’s National Championship run in the NFL. The Bengals drafted Joe Burrow in the 2020 NFL Draft, and a year later, they drafted Ja’Marr Chase.

They have been sensational throughout this NFL season. Quarterback Joe has made 4611 yards, 34 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions this NFL season. Meanwhile, wide receiver Ja’Marr had 81 catches, 1455 yards, and 13 touchdowns.
