Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay is in for a big day following the franchise ironing out the final details. The reported extension comes following the dismissal of his interest in TV broadcasting opportunities. He displayed a commitment to the Rams organization as they aim to win it all again when the next season begins.

On Friday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news as the Rams head coach will be renewing his contract with better terms after leading them to Super Bowl LVI victory. It has been a long time coming for the youngest head coach to win the Super Bowl title and a raise is a minimum he deserves for his achievements from last season.

While it is important to note that he will be earning significantly less than his Amazon deal, the tag of being a 2- champion could be worth his time. McVay will be hoping to walk away next season if things didn’t go well as he was scheduled to get married this year. It was McVay and his franchises’ goal to prove they are a good team but winning the Super Bowl twice would be something special.
