The source also added how other performers had to pay a large sum for production themselves, which isn’t very logical. Another source reveals that Taylor would only appear on the show when she finishes re-recording her stolen albums. With her new album, 1989 (Taylor’s Version) set to release in October, coupled with her extensive Eras Tour concerts extending into the next year, the prospect of her Super Bowl appearance seems unlikely. However, major deals have been made in the past, and this could repeat history, with the 12-time Grammy winner at the center.

Despite the speculation, fans were quick to react to the news, emphasizing that Taylor Swift’s stature doesn’t necessitate a Super Bowl appearance, as she consistently sells out stadiums with tickets valued at over $1000.

While the possibility of Taylor Swift gracing the Super Bowl stage seems highly unlikely, fans have rallied behind other artists of their choice.
