Tom Brady has changed the very dynamics of the sport by competing against younger and quicker athletes being in his mid-40s. Despite that, delivering better numbers than them. Even in his current season, he has taken Tampa Bay Buccaneers to be on the top seeded teams in the NFC yet again. 

He has set up an unachievable high bar for younger generation of athletes who strive to achieve the success the GOAT has throughout his career as a professional football player. Although it seems that his legacy will go untouched for generations to come. And that his career will be remembered as the time when NFL peaked. 

However, it is hard to believe that the quarterback is still in his mid-40s since he can be seen sometimes delivering inhuman stats, owning teams one after another. Brady looks to be far from his retirement stage right now. In fact, he seems to be in his prime. Ever since turning 40 he has won two Super Bowls, and he seems to be Enroute to win his third pretty soon.

Tom Brady has no intentions to retire anytime soon

Tom Brady’s secret to his longevity has mostly been his dedication, discipline and commitment to the sport. However, what has helped him on the way is his TB12 program, which is now gaining a lot of attraction in the sporting community. A lot of younger athletes have started adapting those methods. 

And since Tom Brady happens to be in such an incredible shape, he rejects to retire from the sport. Not until when he finds physically incapable of doing what others can do too. When asked about why he has not decided to retire yet, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback came up with a perfect answer.

“I imagine not playing,” Brady said. “And I imagine watching football on Sundays going ‘These guys suck. I could do way better than them.’ And then still knowing in my heart that I actually could still do it.”

One of his biggest fears has been to retire even when he had a lot of football left in him. Which would make him regret and wish if he could have stayed a little longer.
