As Week 6 games of the NFL draw near, the 45-year-old quarterback addressed the press. While he answered a lot of questions, one theme remained constant. That is the struggling offense that the Bucs are currently trying to carry to good form. The case in point was on show in their game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Even with the defense putting constant stops, the offense took their time to get any sort of game going. It was a hot and cold display of passing as well as running. And although they were saved by a personal foul call on Grady Jarrett. Brady could not control his frustration and threw his leg upwards while laying down. Although he did not catch the defender cleanly, he was still fined $11,139 by NFL.
Tom Brady reflects on the poor offensive start
On one hand, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have one of the top ten defenses in the league. And on the other side is the offence which is nowhere near its past glory. Talking about the frustration with this slump, Brady answered, “I think there’s always a degree of frustration in football. You just you want it to go right all the time it doesn’t do that so.”

The Buccaneers rank 20th in passing yards currently in the league. And even boast one of the worst running games with only 330 rushing yards in 5 games. While the blame for early struggles was on the absence of Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. But, since their return, the team seems to be in the same boat.
Tom Brady credited his defense, and he also asked the people to have patience. He explained, “It’s not always going to be your best quarter of football every single time.”
