She talked about homeschooling her children for three years, ditching alcohol, and practicing meditation to help herself through challenging times.
Gisele had suffered from unbearable panic attacks, anxiety, and depression while in her 20s. As painful as it gets, she had to face a repeat of the wrenching pain in the last few years.

In the midst of dealing with her ailing parents during the years of her married life, Gisele also had to move to Tampa Bay with her family for Brady. She expressed, “It’s been very tough on my family. It’s been a lot — in every area of my life. I feel like whenever it rains, it pours. With all the different twists and turns that life takes, all we can do is the best we can, given what happens in our surroundings.”
