Stefon Diggs, the Buffalo Bills wide receiver, made the most memorable tackle of the night, during his Divisional Round matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Arrowhead Stadium. No, the tackle was not made against a Chiefs player but rather an overwhelmingly excited fan who had invaded the field just for some extra thrill.

The Bills star wideout gave that fan the thrill he sought on the field. Diggs hammered down the invader who was sporting a Kansas City Chiefs jersey. After sneaking onto the turf, the invader ran towards the line of scrimmage with security guards on his tail, just like a wide receiver being chased by a cornerback.

As Diggs saw the invader coming towards him, the receiver plunged forward and tackled down the Chiefs fan knocking his soul out of his body. The security then wrapped the man and took him out of the field. Witnessing all of that happening in the field, the CBS commentator Tony Romo joked about Stefon taking out his frustration over the man wearing the Chiefs jersey.

“Oh, we got a little tackle on the field here with someone running out,” Romo said. “Diggs took out some frustration on him.” The pitch invasion occurred during the two-minute break in the fourth quarter when the Bills were in possession of the ball and headed towards the Chiefs’ end zone to recover their lead.
