“Don’t worry guys, I can still gymnastics a little,” Stephen Nedoroscik had teased his fans with a little stunt in March 2025, after his lengthy absence from the sport. For how long has he been off the grid? Well, it’s been over nine months now. Our last glimpse of him competing in international gymnastics came in Paris, when he became the 2024 Olympics team and pommel horse bronze medalist. And nationally? We’ve missed him since the 2024 Olympic trials in Minneapolis. But looks like that’s about to change soon. Yes, fans, gym sessions, practices, and full-fledged gymnastics action are set to resume as Nedoroscik just dropped a crucial career update!

We know for a fact that the USA Gymnastics team star Stephen Nedoroscik had been ‘on his toes’ for the major part of 2025. Quite literally, because he advanced to the finals and finished fourth on the 33rd season of Dancing with the Stars with his dancing partner Rylee Arnold. But team USA fans have been raring to watch the nation’s first pommel horse world champion, Stephen Nedoroscik, get back in core gymnastics form. Luckily, that wait might be about to end soon.

On May 12, Stephen Nedoroscik, EVO Gymnastics, and the MAG Foundation USA floated a joint Instagram post announcing the gymnast’s return to his club for the 2025 season. Yes, “The Pommel Horse guy” is officially back to training at his club for an action-packed 2025! And Nedoroscik’s words? “SO EXCITED TO REJOIN!” he posted on his story. Well, this means big things for USA Gymnastics, and it may have naturally aired a huge sense of relief among the Team USA fans. Of late, a sense of uncertainty existed as Stephen Nedoroscik’s name remained absent from the list of gymnasts confirmed for the upcoming Senior Pan American Championships in June. The Team USA roster features top gymnasts like Asher Hong, Brandon Dang, Taylor Burkhart, and more. But Nedoroscik’s missing name had sparked speculations. But no more, as the guy is now getting on track for a bigger stage: the 2025 U.S. Championships!

And with the resumption of his gymnastics training, we might just be at the cusp of getting a fifth one added! But one thing’s sure, Nedoroscik might have to push a little hard this year, as he has been long absent from the mats. So what had he be doing in the meantime, you ask?
