It’s been a very long time since Rickie Fowler emerged as a PGA Tour event’s 18-hole leader. The 32-year-old played fantastic golf at TPC Twin Cities to cruise atop the 3M Open’s leaderboard after Round 1.

Fowler shot a 7-under 64 and produced a bogey-free round on Thursday. He made seven birdies and 11 pars en route to his 64 and displayed 71.43% driving accuracy in Round 1. This is certainly a terrific start for the 32-year-old who’s been experiencing a form slump over the last few months.
