Lionel Messi has etched his name into soccer history with his undeniable talent. The Argentinian achieved another milestone yet again after winning the FIFA Best award. The former Barcelona star won the prestigious award for a record seventh time, thus adding another accolade to his trophy cabinet.
La Pulga won the race ahead of his PSG compatriot Kylian Mbappe and former rival Karim Benzema. Both Frenchmen came in second and third, respectively. It was an amazing night for Argentina as Emiliano Martínez and Lionel Scaloni won the best goalkeeper and men’s coach award, respectively.

To celebrate a historic milestone, Messi wore a prestigious watch to the occasion to immortalize the moment.

The perpetual calendar displays the date indicated by a hand and a moon phase at 6 o’clock. As well as a twin day/month aperture at 12 o’clock. It also has two round apertures for the day/night indication and the leap-year cycle.
Moreover, its retail price is said to be around $190,000 and the market price is approximately around $230,000. The watch gives a royal look subtly and perfectly went with the award-winners outfit. The seven-time Ballon d’Or award winner has quite a history with watches!
A lavish watch collector

Messi is quite a Rolex fan, as he has two Daytona collections, an 18k gold Submariner, and a few other models as well. Besides this, he has a few other models of Jacob and Co., who launched a watch that was specifically designed under his name, the “Epic X Chrono Messi” series.
