The transfer of CR7 to Al Nassr definitely gave their rivals a confidence boost and helped lure more players. In fact, Al Nassr’s rivals continue to bring in more players. However, it seems, that Ronaldo’s domestic side is also looking to dominate the transfer race, as they signed one of his former Manchester United teammates.

It seems Al Nassr is also looking to bolster its ranks. After midfield, the defense has become a priority for the Jeddah-based club. In fact, they seem to have found their man for the back line. Apparently, the Jeddah-based club has struck a deal with Ronaldo’s former Manchester United teammate, Alex Telles.
As per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the defender will be linking up with his club’s former No. 7 at Riyad. “There’s verbal agreement now in place between the two clubs, waiting for the documents/check details,” says Romano. The Brazilian is the latest addition to the list of renowned superstars. Interestingly, Romano also hinted about the possible arrival of Ivory Coast forward Seko Fofana.

Al Nassr wants to bring both Fofana and Telles in the upcoming days. Be that as it may, it is indeed a big move from the Riyadh-based club.
