She said, “I do feel like with the name Rapinoe, there does come a certain expectation for greatness. I put pressure on myself. I don’t know if the outside world does, but I feel like with the weight of the name, ya know, I put pressure on myself to do great work and to make sure that I’m making an impact in my community,” she added.

She also introduced herself as the twin sister of Megan and described herself as a wellness advocate and community builder. Many of you might not be aware that Rachael was also a soccer player.

On a related note, both sisters have an estranged brother, who also inspired them to play soccer. However, things never tailored as their brother got into a drug addiction off the pitch.
