When one talks about body fat percentage, the only name that most people come up with is Cristiano Ronaldo. Just look at the modern-day Greek god who plays for Al Nassr. In a recent interview, Ronaldo answered complicated questions about his life in a lie detector test. While he was truthful on many occasions, he lied in some instances. One of them turned out to be about his sleeping patterns. While admitting to having fast food earlier and getting a truthful response, things went on a downward spiral following the rest of the questions!

Thus, Ronaldo, who possessed a body fat percentage of 7%, took the test wholeheartedly and tried to be as honest as possible. So, what was the question about?

In the lie detector test, the conductor questioned, “Do you snore?” The soccer legend replied, “Probably no, but sometimes maybe yes.” As Ronaldo looked to give options, the conductor wanted a one-word reply from the Portuguese superstar. And then Ronaldo replied, “No.” The lie detector caught him for lying, and he gave a million-dollar smile. It became a hilarious exchange between Ronaldo and the lie detector test conductors as CR7 went all in.

Earlier, he admitted to having fast food, and for a person having a body fat percentage of 7%, that seemed ridiculous. But Ronaldo keeps his body to the dot, even at 38. Even now, he plays at a high level that no one can probably do in the twilight years of their careers. For starters, the food diet he follows remains very strict. During the All or Nothing documentary of Juventus, fans saw Ronaldo sitting in the sun. When asked why he did that, he explained that he was the doctor of his own body. Sitting in the sun made him feel good about himself.

Often dubbed a medical marvel, Ronaldo possesses the body of a 20-year-old despite being 33, in a report published in 2018. He boasts 7% body fat. The average soccer player has a body fat percentage of 10%. On the other hand, 50% of his body is muscle mass, compared to 46% on average. Those are ridiculous numbers.

Following a strict diet, no matter what!

The fuel for high-octane performances comes out of his food diet. He eats a high-protein diet with lots of wholegrain carbs, fruit, and vegetables. Along with it, he doesn’t eat sugary foods like most of us do. He ate six meals a day to keep his body up with the intense workout routines he follows. Therefore, the Portuguese star compulsively ate at the right time in all conditions.

Swordfish and Sea Bass are his favorite fish that help to get the vital nutrients for the soccer player. While everyone loves frozen food, Ronaldo keeps himself off the top shelf and focuses on fresh food. Accordingly, this diet assists him in retaining the body of a young adult. It is the dedication of the man wanting to be a legend, which he undoubtedly is. Well, we can leave out the snoring part, as no human being is perfect!
