During the event “Noite das Estrelas,” the model’s connection with the international star was the topic of discussion, and Maya admitted, “You [Rui Oliveira] see a romanticism that I, by chance, do not see”. TV star Quintino Aires also agreed with the presenter and he said, “I’ve seen it five hundred times. It’s just a little touch. It’s very plastic for me”. He said, as stated by Hiper FM.

Both have seemingly tried to end all the speculation, possibly indicating that the rumors were baseless and untrue.
