While his pick of CR7 wasn’t shocking, what intrigued fans was the reason behind choosing the Portuguese, with many linking it with the 5x Ballon d’Or winner’s lie detector test results.

Earlier today, Bosnian defensive midfielder and Al-Fayhaa star Gojko Cimirot was part of a feature video where the 30-year-old was asked to choose between two options. One of the questions presented to the Bosnian was to choose one between Neymar Jr. and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Unsurprisingly, the 30-year-old chose CR7. The reason behind the pick, however, was the talking point as Cimirot chose the statistical route to reach his conclusion.
