Stephy Mavididi spoke at length about Cristiano Ronaldo’s stunning gameplay and his King-sized life outside the pitch in a recent interview. “Every day he’d [Cristiano Ronaldo] turn up for training in a different car — cars we’d never seen in our life,” Mavididi told The Sun. But it took the 39-year-old a visit to the Monaco GP to give his Juventus pals a greater surprise. “I remember once he went to Monaco for the grand prix. The next day he turned up in this unbelievable McLaren sports car, we hadn’t seen anything like it,” the ex-Juventus star continued.

Seeing the vast array of cars in the Portuguese captain’s garage, Stephy Mavididi even believed people gave the former their cars for a test drive. Even while turning up for training in a McLaren, Ronaldo remained a rooted person, stressed the English forward. “I used to see him at work, in a professional environment, just a guy turning up for work and doing his job,” Mavididi added.
