The sensational Kylian Mbappe created history again after winning his fourth consecutive Ligue 1 Player of the Season award. He scored 40 goals this season, helping PSG win their record-breaking 11th Ligue 1 title. Therefore, the club ended their season on a high after missing out on yet another Champions League campaign.

As fans booed Lionel Messi and Neymar for their terrible performances during the game, the PSG camp faced a lot of unrest. Rumors of the trio not gelling well hit the club hard. However, in his latest trophy acceptance speech, the French soccer star acknowledged Messi.

Mbappe gave credit to Messi for helping him learn and improving his game. On the other hand, Messi was busy attending the iconic Coldplay concert when Mbappe gave him the award. It is such a confusing relationship.
