In an interview with Sports CZ, he said, “Last summer I got an important proposal from Saudi but I rejected it. I would rather return to the Czech league! Saudi Arabia, China, or the USA is not for me. I am enjoying my time here at West Ham”.

The Hammers midfielder this season has started 20 out of the 21 games and has looked brilliant. Despite, playing the role more as a defensive midfielder, his height has helped him score goals this season in the Premier League. Hence, the interest of the Saudi clubs is not a surprise. But, considering his comments. it looks like the 28-year-old midfielder will partner up with Kalvin Philips for the rest of the season.
