Some bonds are stronger than just contracts in soccer. It’s the connection between one of the best players and one of the best clubs in the world. Even though Cristiano Ronaldo left Real Madrid in 2018, the club still seems to retain his influence in some way or another. This time it’s the kits that Real Madrid players had worn, which seem to be inspired by their icon’s Al Nassr colors. Interestingly, no other player gets as much appreciation as Cristiano Ronaldo for his training.

What better way to turn that appreciation into a core memory? Real Madrid’s new training kits bear a striking resemblance to Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr jersey, as highlighted in a recent video that’s gone viral. But it’s uncertain whether Al Nassr played a role in inspiring this, leaving the true origin open to question. However, Carlo Ancelotti’s men were seen having a good time while training with the kit.

The jersey looks similar, with the color of the t-shirt being yellow and the sleeves being full and blue. The jersey also had the Fly Emirates symbol, which is the official sponsor of the club- on the front and an Adidas logo on the back.

Other players seen practicing were Eduardo Camavinga, Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, this week’s hero, Antonio Rudiger, and a few others. However, does all the fun end there? No! There could be some more nostalgic Real Madrid connections coming for Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr.

On the other hand, the desire to bring the 2018 World Cup winner, Raphael Varane, is also in the works. But rivals Al Ittihad could play spoilsport in grabbing the Manchester United defender. One take at a time

Growing up in a sporting background, I found a passion for soccer through the remarkable 2002 World Cup-winning Brazilian football team. Watching the Premier League where Thierry Henry-starring ‘Invincible’ Gunners and Sir Alex Ferguson’s glorious Manchester United had ruled, I had my heart set on Arsenal. However, Ronaldo Nazario, Rivaldo, and Ronaldinho are my favorite players and Lionel Messi is the GOAT.
