Just hours ago, the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards took place. For the first time, they were organized in Europe, with Spain’s renowned city, Sevilla, hosting the prestigious event. While a host of revered artists made their way to the event, surprisingly, the city’s soccer club star, Sergio Ramos, was also invited as a guest.

In fact, to underline his presence at the award function, the organizers decided to do something that was surely out of the box. The soccer icon was handed the responsibility of presenting the Latin Grammy Award to his former Spanish teammate’s ex-girlfriend, Shakira. It doesn’t end here, as the award she received from Pique’s ex-domestic rival was for the diss track, Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53.
