Being the only player to win Wimbledon eight times, Roger Federer is eager to get back to what he does best. Unfortunately, the season came to an end for him after the Australian Open this year.
Sadly, the Swiss had to undergo another surgery on his knee. Recently, Federer stepped on the court to have his first hit in over 10 months.
From the last time he stepped on the court, there have been a number of changes that have taken place both on the court and off it. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Wimbledon was canceled. The French Open was also postponed and took place after the US Open this year. Many events on the ATP calendar were canceled.

However, tennis has resumed with some much-needed guidelines. With rules such as stadiums without spectators, it’s going to be worth watching how Roger copes with it.
Highlighting this aspect, tennis great Daniela Hantuchova said, “It’s going to be interesting to see how Roger reacts to that. It’s going to be something new for him, even though Australia maybe will be played with a crowd – I don’t know, we’ll see.”
Novak and Rafa have already played a decent number of events where there haven’t been any crowds. The level of tennis that they possess remained unaffected. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen the three of them compete together.
Emphasizing the importance of watching the three greatest tennis players ever, she further added, “I think everyone wants to see all three guys playing in tournaments for as long as they can because this generation has been so special and we’ve been so blessed to be a part of it in any way, whether that’s spectators, the fans, players.”
