‘Thug Nasty’ retweeted this and was no doubt delighted at finally having gotten his wish.

The featherweight put on a dominant performance and attempted to win his 10th fight via submission. ‘Thug Nasty’ attempted to go for the Twister, but his opponent’s defense ensured that he could only securely lock in the arm triangle.
In round 2, Rosa came out aggressively but compromised on defense. ‘Thug Nasty’ made him play the price and hand him on his back with the arm triangle. Later he jockeyed into position for the twister just as the round ended.
In round 3, Rosa knew that he had to go for broke. He landed a few blows but fell to yet another takedown. However, the submission specialist was unable to secure the twister properly and produce an encore of his Matt Styles fight. ‘Thug Nasty’ claimed Submission of the year 2019 with that maneuver at UFC on ESPN: Overeem vs Harris. This will have upset many people who were hoping to see the move used.
Woke up this morning to @ThugnastyMMA bout to secure another Twister!
Let’s fucking gooooo @UFC !!!!— Israel Adesanya (@stylebender) May 9, 2020
The win also extends ‘Thug Nasty’s unbeaten MMA streak to 13. Rosa to his credit managed to go the distance, but he will want to forget the night despite avoiding the twister. As per ESPN Stats and info is the 2nd most lopsided in UFC history.
Bryce Mitchell's 30-25, 30-25, 30-24 win is tied for the 2nd-most lopsided 3-round decision in UFC history behind only Aleksander Rakic's win over Justin Ledet in 2018. pic.twitter.com/JE8ZReTd4t

Now one can surely understand why Dana White relented and allow ‘Thug Nasty’ to wear camo shorts to his next fight. It comes just days after the UFC President appeared on “the checkin show” and said he hates them.
