The bizarre exit of the former UFC heavyweight champ, Francis Ngannou, from the promotion, shocked a lot of fans. However, the entire scenario got a lot clearer after both UFC CEO Dana White and ‘The Predator’ presented their takes on the issue. The 37-year-old’s UFC exit caused a lot of combat sports promotions to vouch for him. But in the end, it was the Professional Fighters League that managed to secure Ngannou on their side.

In a press conference after Ngannou’s exit, Dana White revealed that he had offered the most lucrative UFC heavyweight deal to Ngannou. But ‘The Predator’s’ later revelations mentioned that his primary issue was never related to his UFC payouts. A lot of sources say that White had guaranteed an $8M purse for each fight with Ngannou. Still, he failed to keep him in. This may have fans wondering about the amount of money involved in the deal between PFL and Ngannou.
