UFC Legend Asks PFL for $2,000,000 for Francis Ngannou Fight Months Before Ex-UFC Champ’s Epic Showdown With Tyson Fury

Recently, Sonnen took the fight fans by surprise when he demanded something huge from the PFL. The retired UFC fighter took to X and wrote, “Is there is opportunity @PFLMMA I’d like the Francis match.” Sonnen asked PFL if they could give him a bout against Francis Ngannou. This was indeed a most unexpected move from Sonnen.

At the moment, Ngannou is getting ready to fight boxing legend Tyson Fury before his PFL debut. Ngannou always wanted to try his hand at boxing. Things turned in his favor when boxing star Tyson Fury agreed to fight with him in the ring. The monumental clash between the two legendary combat sports athletes is scheduled for October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Later, in 2024, Ngannou will fight in the PFL, but the promotion has not announced his opponent yet. However, there are very few chances for it to be Sonnen.
