The entire UFC world was shaken when the former heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, chose to leave UFC. He was one of the greatest heavyweights in the history of the promotion. Hence, MMA fans were eagerly waiting for a clash between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou. Nonetheless, the fight never came to fruition, as ‘the Predator’ chose to be a free agent. Ngannou fought against Ciryl Gane in his last bout at the UFC. He was able to achieve a glorious victory after defeating Gane via unanimous decision.

The fans expected Ngannou to soar higher in the promotion. Instead, the Frenchman became a free agent after several failed negotiations with the UFC president, Dana White. Some of his fellow MMA fighters felt that Ngannou was making a grave mistake by staying away from the UFC. The promotion and the former heavyweight champion were at odds for a number of reasons. At the moment, the UFC legend Chael Sonnen talked about a possible return of Francis Ngannou to the UFC. He strongly believes that the door of the UFC is open to Ngannou at any time, but only if he has “evidence” to show.

What you gonna do with merchandise and what you’re going to do different. How you plan to Market how you plan to build this.According to Sonnen, fans can still hope that Ngannou will come back to the UFC octagon if he provides evidence that his fights can still sell well.
