The statement that she came up with would leave even the most open-minded individuals in confusion, as she claimed that Florida had the “largest per capita population of sugar daddies in the USA.” And this, she believed, was a good enough reason for the city to celebrate March 10th as an appreciation day for the sugar daddies and mommies of the city.
