Max Holloway, in one of his recent interviews, showed his willingness to have Mark Coleman at the UFC 300 event. While speaking to MMA Junkie, he wished that Coleman should wrap the BMF title belt around the winner’s waist. According to ‘Blessed’, the veteran UFC fighter is a real-life hero who saved his parents from a devastating fire incident. In a recent interview, he said, “I mean, the only correct answer is Mark Coleman [to wrap the belt], especially when what he went through recently… Guy’s a ‘G’ bro. That’s a real life BMF,”. 

A recent X(formerly Twitter) post by MMA Orbit first reported that ‘The Hammer’ will indeed be present at the event. The former UFC fighter then took to his Instagram account to confirm the news of his presence. Coleman recently was involved in a tragic incident and suffered complications while trying to save his parents from a fire. He lost his dog in the process, but managed to save his parents. The 59-year-old is now recovering from his injuries and is all set to feature at the UFC 300 event.

Joe Rogan backs Max Holloway for his UFC 300 fight

56-year-old Joe Rogan recently released his #2128 episode of his famous JRE podcast. He invited stand-up comedian Joey Diaz for a candid chat. However, he did take out time to discuss the upcoming BMF title fight. Max Holloway will be fighting in the lightweight division, which has surprised many. His had previously fought Dustin Poirier in the same division and lost the battle. Many believe he will face the same consequence against Gaethje as well. However, Joe Rogan took out time to remind the world about his ability. While speaking to Diaz he said, “A lot of people are counting him out in his Justin Gaethje fight, you know. But he’s got a lot of time to prepare for this.”

He further added , “The first fight when he fought 55 when he fought Dustin, that was a short-notice fight. He didn’t have time to like really bulk up. Like well, I don’t know how short notice it was but I know he didn’t bulk up. I think he just tried to fight you know, just be 145 but not cut weight. You know, which is [his] natural weight class.” Holloway recently took out time to give the fans an update about his preparation.
