Former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley is seemingly eyeing a return to Dana White‘s promotion. He is currently a free agent now and ‘The Chosen One’ claims that he is open to exploring other options in the not-so-distant future. Tyron Woodley is considered one of the greatest fighters ever in the UFC. He was on an unbeaten streak from 2014 to 2018 under the UFC banner. That was also the time when Tyron Woodley won the welterweight championship and defended it on four occasions. Fans knew him for his striking ability, which he displayed against Robbie Lawler to win the company’s top prize in 2016.
However, Woodley is now 40 years old. In a recent interview, he said that he is enjoying a position of liberation because he is free to do whatever he wants. Woodley claims that he is the only person in combat sports to be able to do that. He said, “I know some guys are just recently free agents, but with the magnitude of what I’m doing right now, nobody is doing.”
