The UFC middleweight in a recent tweet took a dig at teenagers. Brunson, who will be fighting Jared Cannonier at UFC 271, suggested that teenagers spend their money carefully.

He wrote, “Take your teenagers to Walmart and let them spend your money. You’ll be there for 2 hours and a shopping cart full of stuff. Take your teenagers to Walmart and tell them they’re spending their own money, you’ll be in there for 5 minutes and they’re leave with 1-3 items.”

‘Blonde Brunson‘ is known for his Twitter antics and also recently called out Jake Paul. After Paul’s impressive win over Tyron Woodley, he called out Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz in the post-fight interview. However, after a back-and-forth with Masvidal, the fight didn’t materialize. This led to Brunson tweeting, “FEED ME JAKE PAUL!”

However, right now, Brunson needs to focus on his next fight in the UFC, as it will be huge in deciding the next top challenger.

Derek Brunson is in the best form of his life and is looking to challenge for the title soon. He is on a five-fight win streak and is currently the number 4 ranked fighter in the UFC middleweight division. His next fight, initially scheduled for UFC 270, is now going to take place at UFC 271. Brunson will go up against the number 3 ranked middleweight, Jared Cannonier.

The fight between the two is on the same card as the UFC middleweight title fight between Israel Adesanya and Robert Whittaker. The winner of Brunson vs. Cannonier is expected to challenge for the title next. ‘The Killa Gorilla‘ in a recent interview said that he’s going to turn the ‘Blonde Brunson’ to ‘Blood Brunson.’
