The contest saw many twists and turns from the get-go. There were many instances in the battle where Teixeira had the fight won via T/KO or submission. ‘The Brazilian Pit Bull’ gave his all, yet, ‘Denisa’ came out on top in the fifth round and found a submission (rear-naked choke) in the dying seconds.
