UFC Mexico is already a wild event making headlines for multiple reasons. As of right now, the main card is still ongoing but right after Manuel Torres secured his win over Cris Duncan, things went a little bit out of control in the crowd.

The lightweight bout at UFC Fight Night: Moreno vs Royval 2 was an interesting spectacle to watch in spite of being a short-lived one. The two fighters went head to head for merely one round when Torres secured a submission win over his opponent. Meanwhile, among the spectators, there were at least two knockouts.

UFC Mexico witnesses massive brawl in the crowd

The UFC Mexico crowd is rowdy. Perhaps someone from the crowd believes in having the spirit of MMA regardless of whether it’s inside of the cage or outside. The camera managed to capture a massive brawl among 4-5 men in the crowd around the time Torres secured his win.

In the clip, several fans can be seen striking each other with one spectator successfully knocking out two other men in the crowd. All while the winner, Torres, tried his best to control the crowd from within the cage after his victory.

Of course, it looks like those who were struck down were injured but Torres tried his best to get everyone to settle down and keep the violence limited to the cage. After his stellar submission win, perhaps trying to calm a violent bunch down in the crowd is the last thing a fighter would want to do.

It’s reminiscent of the time Nate Diaz had to step in when two camera men were fighting after his boxing bout. Moreover, no one can forget the time Khabib Nurmagomedov dove into the crowd to pick a fight with Team Conor McGregor. An attack that was primarily targeted at Dillon Danis who was prompting ‘The Eagle’ to come and fight him after the actual bout was over.
