But Islam retorts back, emphasizing the intensity of Coach Khabib’s training, “Brother, you have to come to camp because you know this guy pressure – like push us – crazy.” The Lightweight champ goes on to reveal the training routine, saying, “We have all this – sparring, a couple of grappling rounds, couple of wrestling rounds and that’s it – we finish all training.”

However, the real challenge begins after completing these demanding exercises. Coach Khabib pushes his fighters even further with additional excessive exercises. Islam playfully adds, “Ask Belal bro – I think he never had training like that…”
