UFC commentator Joe Rogan and UFC fighter Marlon Vera recently sat for a talk in a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
The pair discussed many interesting things inside and outside of UFC, including a vegan diet, legendary fighters, and training camps. Furthermore, they also talked about how fighters use illegal moves to get through a fight.
While talking about a recent incident in a UFC fight between Gillian Robertson and Priscila Cachoeira, Rogan recalled the time when the UFC Hall of Famer Vitor Belfort used TRT.

He suggested Belfort should compete in One Championship, considering his use of TRT. Rogan said, “Juicy Vitor, though, is one of my favorite fighters to watch. I think juicy Vitor should be fighting in like One FC or something like that where they let him be juicy where everybody is juicy. “
While agreeing to Rogan’s views, ‘Chito’ responded by saying, “Yeah, go fight heavyweights or skinny guys. Go f*k around there But Juicy Vitor in the UFC f*ked so many people.”
Later, Rogan also discussed the rise of the former UFC fighter with the use of TRT and also commented on his downfall in the promotion. He said, “Yeah, he f****d a lot of people, man. He was so scary he was so confident. Juicy Vitor was just throwing wheel kicks at Luke Rockhold, and sh*t, oh my god. So when Vitor got off the TRT, then everybody was like, give me that fight.”

“Chris Weidman got that fight, Chris Weidman beat the f**k out of Vito and that was post-TRT. Vitor’s whole body had deflated. It was crazy to see. Like there was nothing left.”
What’s Next for Vitor Belfort
‘The Phenom’, after losing his title fight against Chris Weidman in 2015, competed in six more UFC bouts. However, he won only two fights. The UFC Hall of Famer retired from professional fighting in 2018 after his knockout loss to Lyoto Machida.
Later, the former UFC fighter announced his return. However, it wasn’t inside the UFC octagon. ‘The Phenom’ dipped his hand in another form of combat sports, i.e. Boxing.
